How I handle your personal data and what rights you have.
I value your trust. This page describes what personal data I process, why, for how long, and what rights you have. I follow EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll.

What data I process and why
- Consultation booking and contact form — name, e-mail, optionally phone and the message content. Kept for 2 years after our last communication.
- E-book order — name, e-mail, order and payment details. Invoicing data is kept for 10 years as required by accounting law.
- Newsletter — e-mail address, based on your consent (double opt-in), which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link.
- Cookies and analytics — see cookie settings. Analytics and marketing cookies are stored only with your consent.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict processing, data portability and the right to object. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz). To exercise your rights, contact me at pazderova.eva@nutricore.cz.
All forms on this website (consultation booking, contact form, e-book order and newsletter subscription) require you to tick a consent checkbox before submitting. The date and time of your consent is stored as a record.
Who I share your data with
I never sell your personal data or pass it to third parties for their own marketing. I only share it with the following processors, always under a data processing agreement:
- Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH) — newsletter delivery. Your e-mail address, and your first name if provided, is stored in Brevo only after you confirm your subscription. When you unsubscribe, the contact is removed from Brevo. See Brevo's privacy policy at brevo.com.
- Web hosting provider — running the website, database and mailboxes.
- Accountant — processing tax documents (invoices for consultations and e-books).
Data is processed within the European Union, or by processors that guarantee an adequate level of protection under the GDPR.
