How it works

How can I help you

My counselling practice is not a place where you receive a pre-made meal plan to follow for months. Instead, I pass on my know-how so that you can navigate nutrition confidently and build a balanced diet on your own.

I believe in changes that are real and sustainable. I promise no miracles or quick fixes — lasting change takes time and effort. What I offer is a stable, rational path with a loyal guide at your side.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How does an online consultation work?

All consultations take place online via video call — from the comfort of your home, wherever you are. During the initial consultation we thoroughly review your current diet, lifestyle and health. We discuss your goals and together create a tailor-made plan that fits your needs and possibilities. We also focus on your motivation and the factors that influence your success, to make the change long-term and sustainable.

How long does one consultation take?

The initial consultation is the longest — about 90 minutes. Follow-up consultations take 45 minutes.

How often do consultations take place?

The intensity of our cooperation depends mostly on you. Especially at the beginning, one online consultation every 7–14 days has proven to be the most effective.

What do I need for an online consultation?

Just a computer or phone with a camera and an internet connection. I will send you a video call link by e-mail before the consultation — no installation needed.

What is the difference between a nutrition therapist and a nutrition advisor?

A nutrition therapist is a healthcare professional specialising in nutrition and its impact on health, usually with a university degree in nutrition. A nutrition advisor mostly gives general advice and no degree is required. Thanks to this education, a nutrition therapist may work with clients with various health conditions, while an advisor may legally work only with healthy people.
